Christina Fischer – President, The Fischer Group
Ms. Fischer is the founder and president of The Fischer Group, a marketing and business consulting firm. In her many years in the industry, she has established herself as a “go-getter with vision”.

Beginning her career in New York City in 1985, she worked with major international agencies like Bozell Jacobs, McCann- Erikson, J. Walter Thompson, SSC&B Lintas VOS Direct and Grey Advertising and handled assignments for major international accounts like IBM, Daimler Benz, AT&T, Apple, Coca Cola. Members of her team won many Golden Lion, Mobius and Clio Awards, the highest honors in the advertising community. She also organized the first Mac user group at Ziff Davis to beta test creative industry standard software “Quark Xpress & InDesign” and met tech legends like Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, John Scully and also Bill Gates, while working with the publisher.

After moving to Florida, she worked with Bernstein-Rein Advertising on the $85 million Blockbuster Video account until their sale to Viacom. In 1998 she founded her own agency and was involved with several small high tech ventures that would ultimately revolutionize the medical and travel industries. The Fischer Group continues to focus on start-up, repositioning and turn around marketing and business development opportunities.


Significant Achievements with start-up companies:
- Ongoing consulting as advisor/incubator for many start-up companies that need assistance with procuring start-up capital, marketing plans, financial projections, staff development and site selection.
- Cultivated 8-year relationship with NationsRent, tailored advertising to complement operational strengths; worked with real estate team on site expansions, identified strategic partner -Lowe’s; helped raise $10 million for NASCAR sponsorship, doubling brand awareness; landed product placement on ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition; guided company through Chapter 11 filing and $1.2 billion acquisition by Sunbelt Rentals.
- Imatron Corporation – Started with the first angel investor of $50 million until they were sold to GE three years later for $854 million
- Arch Aluminum – Worked on marketing transition before and after Sun Capital Partners Acquisition. Company went from $35 million to over $500 million in the US sales.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- 2018 - Philanthropist of the year award from American Association of Fund Raising Professionals
- Chaired the foundation for the 6th largest school district in the country and also chaired the Majory Stoneman Douglas Victims fund with Senator George Lemieux. Raised and distributed $10.5 Million.
- Involved in creating alternative energy products with vendors that will redefine PV Solar technologies, oil & gas and hydrogen production. Leed certified.
- Currently working on redevelopment of Puerto Rico with US based corporations.
- Worked with major housing developers like Lennar, Horton and Minto homes on new projects.
- Leveraged sourcing and vendor partnerships to slash costs up to 40% at minimum for clients.
- 2009 WBENC National Star Award Recipient – Washington DC
- Women’s Business Enterprise National Council certified

Her company has worked on numerous shareholder meetings for Fortune 500 companies and continues to consult for Forbes on CEO roundtables.

Christina is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a 4.0 in marketing from Wharton and continued her graduate studies at Columbia University. She is currently involved in numerous civic organizations and philanthropic causes including Habitat for Humanity, Affordable Housing Initiatives, Educational Foundations, National Women’s Council, Leed certified  environmental organizations and various other boards and organizations.

She also holds her FL real estate license and is actively involved in regional redevelopment.
